Want to start your own podcast? Here’s how.

If you’re tired of reading several articles about “How to make a podcast” and not getting anywhere because they all begin with what kind of microphone you should use but all you have is a mobile/laptop with a headphone. The next step is to finalise platforms where you will launch your podcast. Then after all these are finalised you’ll need to focus on the most important things when it comes to keeping your podcast going, which are:-

1. Your Target Audience:- What type of audience you’re trying to reach out to? Is it Kids, Teens, Young Adult or Older people. Many promoters use things like buyer’s personas to get your ideal audience. So you can use models like those to get an idea.
2. Being Consistency:- Consistency is the key. To keep your audience engaged with your podcast you will have to be consistent in posting your podcast.
3. Promotion/Marketing your podcast:- Not everyone is browsing through spotify/itunes podcast all day, you will need different platforms to tell the audience about your podcast.
